First internal assessment answersheet elog

The first internal assessment for eighth semister took place in the month of October with portion comprising the whole vast medicine with special emphasis on the clinical exposure we had in our postings and discussions on the same.

Following was the question paper given to access our knowledge and understanding:

To these given questions following where the anwers i could come up with the limited prepration and a whole lot of pressure I hade to take in covering the syllabus.
Answers below where influenced from the exam paper to the time confinement along with other psychological aspects such as performance anxiety, distress , Anger and a few other things :)

At the end of examination was pretty happy to have attempted all the Questions and also to have atleast written relevant answers if not for the completely apt answer just with the preparation I had and also the amount of syllabus to be covered. And with a confidence that I can answer things better the next tym i face these questions.
